LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF CHARLESTON PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at the regular meeting of the Charleston City Council, on Monday, December 7, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., which will be held virtually using the Zoom platform, on Bill No. 7883, an ordinance closing, abandoning and discontinuing as a public right of way a portion of the alley behind 1516 Washington Street, East Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and to deliver a proper deed conveying to WV Health Right, Inc., and its successors and assigns, all right, title and interest in and to said property for the consideration of $9,800. This notice is being provided pursuant to West Virginia Code 8-12-18(c) and City of Charleston Municipal Code Section 3-14. Interested parties may appear at the Public Hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed lease agreement by calling the City Clerk’s Office before 6:00 p.m. on December 7, 2020, at 304-348-8179.
