HANCOCK, as Beneficiary of the Nicholas G. Hancock 1993 Trust, Respondents. ORDER OF PUBLICATION 1. Petitioner’s objective in the above-styled action is (1) to remove Paul G. Hancock, Jr. and Jeffrey Thomas from the Trust Advisory Committee for the Nicholas G. Hancock 1993 Trust (the “Trust”); and (2) to modify the Trust to include a procedure for the resignation, removal, and appointment of Trust Advisory Committee members. 2. A copy of the Petition to Remove Paul G. Hancock, Jr. and Jeffrey Thomas from the Trust Advisory Committee and to Modify the Nicholas G. Hancock 1993 Trust in this matter can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at the Office of the Kanawha County Circuit Clerk in Charleston, West Virginia. 3. It appearing by the Affidavit in Support of Service by Publication filed in this action that the whereabouts of Paul G. Hancock, Jr. are unknown and that counsel for Petitioner made diligent but futile efforts to locate Paul G. Hancock, Jr.; it is accordingly ORDERED that Paul G. Hancock, Jr. appear before or serve upon Petitioner’s attorney, J.E. White, Jr., Esq., whose address is 500 Lee Street East, Suite 1600, Charleston, WV 25301-3202, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before December 28, 2020, otherwise judgment will be taken by default against him at any time thereafter.
