NOTICE TO ARCHITECTS Pursuant to WV Code 5G-1-3, the Calhoun County Board of Education is seeking expressions of interest from Architectural firms for all professional services to design and provide construction administration for the following: Renovation to Pleasant Hill Elementary School that includes a roof replacement, HVAC unit replacement, and other associated general renovations related to the SBA project. Architects are invited to submit an expression of interest, to include a statement of qualifications, performance data, and other material information desired no later than Friday, December 18th, 2020, close of business 4:00 P.M. (E.S.T.) at the Office of the Board of Education of Calhoun county, 540 Alan B. Mollohan Drive, Mt. Zion, WV 26151. The project will include, but not limited to: Replacing part of the roof, and HVAC Unit replacement, and other associated renovations related to the Pleasant Hill School SBA project. A selection team will evaluate the statements of qualifications and will conduct discussions with at least three of the professional firms submitting these statements deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the service required, rank such firms in order of preference and submit to the Calhoun county County Board of Education for approval.
