THE SANITARY BOARD OF THE CITY OF CHARLESTON, WEST VIRGINIA, KANAWHA COUNTY REQUEST FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERIN SERVICES The Sanitary Board of the City of Charleston, West Virginia (CSB) is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional engineering consulting firms detailing the firm’s qualifications, technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, references and related prior experience for CSB Contract Engineering Services, until 4:00 P.M. (local time), on Friday, January 15, 2021, after which time this request closes and CSB will begin the selection process for its “short-list” of engineering consultants. Professional engineering services may include, but are not limited to: Assisting CSB Engineering Department with technical tasks on an as-needed basis, design of capital improvement projects, construction administration, plan reviews, and engineering studies. Interested firms must contact the CSB to obtain a SOQ proposal package, which outlines the format that is to be followed, as well as a general overview of the intended scope of services.
