ROANE COUNTY COMMISSION REQUEST FOR BIDS The Roane County Commission is seeking competitive bids for a complete roof replacement at the Geary Library/Health Clinic (Left Hand, WV) as outlined in the specifications. Sealed bids for the roof replacement will be received by the Roane County Commission 200 Main Street , Spencer, WV 25276 until 11:00 am December 28, 2020 when the Commission will open and review all bids received. Detailed specifications for the project are available online at www.roanewv.com or at the County Clerk’s Office. Contractors must be licensed, insured and able to perform work in West Virginia.
