REQUEST FOR BID NUMBER WVSOM-21-B-005 (RFB) WEST VIRGINIA SCHOOL OF OSTEOPATHIC MEDICINE WVSOM LANDSCAPE AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) Board of Governors on behalf of WVSOM located at 400 Lee Street North, Lewisburg, WV 24901 is soliciting competitive firm fixed priced bids from qualified Landscape Contractors for WVSOM Landscape and Maintenance Services Contract. GENERAL SCOPE: To provide, but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation. To provide landscape maintenance/services on campus including the Robert C. Byrd Clinic and other designated areas. The RFB will be issued on or about JANUARY 04, 2021. A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING will be held on Wednesday, JANUARY 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the WVSOM MAIN BUILDING, YEAR 2 CLASSROOM. All interested Vendors are required to be represented at this meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project location, site conditions and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend, their Bid will be disqualified. All interested vendors must arrive no later than 11:00am at the WSOM Welcome Center door located across from the Robert C.
