IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF KANAWHA COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA Civil Action No. 20-C-912 Honorable Tod J. Kaufman DALE REID and CARYN MCDANIEL, Petitioners, v. THE ESTATE OF CARROLL J. MANLEY, Respondent. The object of the above-styled action is to seek to quiet title with respect to quiet any potential attacks on title by former owner(s) whose property was sold due to delinquent taxes. The property at issue is described in the Deed located in Deed Book 3042, at Page 85, and described as Lots 213-214 of the Marlaing Addition to the City of St. Albans, Jefferson District, Kanawha County, West Virginia. The physical address for the property is 309 Kentucky Avenue, St. Albans, West Virginia, 25177. The above Petitioners have used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of any remaining members of The Estate of Carrol Manley without any effect. It is hereby ORDERED that Respondent The Estate of Carrol J. Manley serve Michael W. Taylor, Harrison M. Cyrus and the law firm of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC, whose address is 500 Virginia Street East, Suite 600, Charleston, West Virginia 25301, an Answer or other Defense to the Petition to Quiet Title filed in this action on or before January 25, 2021, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Respondent at any time thereafter.
