HATFIELD MCCOY TRAILS MAN, WV TRIADELPHIA ATV RT 80 RELOCATION PROJECT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of: Triadelphia ATV Resort Rt. 80 Relocation Project Contract No. 1 – Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 1,650 LF of relocation of WV 80 all other items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 will be received by Jeffrey Lusk (Executive Director Hatfield McCoy Trails) at the office of the E. L. Robinson Engineering, 5088 Washington St. West, Charleston, WV, 25313, until 2:00 p.m. local time on February 23, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted on site at 10:00 a.m. on February 4, 2021. Work shall be substantially complete within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the date the contract time commence to run and completed and ready for final payment withing two hundred ten (210) calendar days after the date when the contract times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000.00 per day. “Prospective Bidders are advised that the contract awarded under this bid is to be funded in whole or in part by HMRRA and the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection Office of Abandoned Mine Lands and Reclamation Economic Development Pilot Program.” The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: E.L. Digital sets available for nonrefundable cost of $25.00. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition (suitable for re-use) within 30 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to “E.L. Robinson Engineering Company”. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must provide the Drug Free Workplace Certification in accordance with WV Code 21-1D-5. All Bidders must hold a current WV Contractor License on the date of Bid opening. Any Contractor submitting a bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has a license and meets all the qualifications required by the statues of the State of West Virginia, and subdivision in which the work is to be performed.
