ACCEPTING BIDS The WEST DUNBAR PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT is accepting bids for an aluminum truck bed, which will be installed on a truck purchased through the State of West Virginia Municipal Government Fleet Discount agreement. Bids are to be submitted on the Vendor’s standard bid/quote form, and by submitting a bid, the Vendor certifies that the truck bed meets the below requirements: Truck Chassis (by Others): 2021 Ford F-350 Dual Rear Wheel 4X4 Super Cab 168″ WB XL, 84″ cab to axle, dual rear wheels, 40-gallon rear fuel tank. The flatbed shall be aluminum utilizing diamond floor plate, extruded side and end rails with stake pockets and rub rail, 3″ cross members on 12″ centers, 5″ “J”-long sills, tapered bulkhead with punched screen window, 12″ removable contractor side, 12″ tall two panel hinge down tailgate, steel crane under structure in rear of body for 16,000 ft-lb crane, LED stop/turn/tail lights, rear mudflaps, class “V” receiver hitch, 7-way trailer plug, 6-recessed swivel D-ring tie downs in loadspace floor. Two (2) Aluminum 24″x14″x12″ underbody tool boxes with drop down door with T-handle latch (both driver and passenger side mounted), 3/16″ x 12″ treadplate aluminum full width rear step bumper, heavy duty outrigger cross tube/manual pull out/manual crank down outriggers on both sides, heavy duty body/outriggers mounting plates. Truck chassis rear suspension springs built up both sides and levelled to accommodate crane, heavy duty 14″ tall crane mounting pedestal with hinged access door and locking latch, crane boom support, one (1) #39245/3200REE Liftmoore telescoping crane (32,000 lb capacity at 3′, 10,000 ft-lb rating), 12 volt DC electric hydraulic power rotation, power boom elevation -5 to 75 degrees, power boom extend from 7′ to 11′, manual boom extend from 11′ to 15′, 12 volt DC power hoist with 62′ x 1/4″ cable, hardwired control pendant, automatic overload protection, non-tipping swivel block, hook and latch, white color mounted on right rear corner of body, one (1) test and scale crane to factory specs, one (1) year crane inspection.
