NOTICE Please take notice that at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of St. Albans, West Virginia, held on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 the following ordinance was read for first reading, and will come up for second reading and adoption at a regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 1, 2021 in Council Chambers, 51 Sixth Avenue: An ordinance creating Article 1761 to regulate outdoor storage of junk, rubbish, clutter, etc. A copy of this ordinance may be reviewed at the Clerk’s Office, 1499 MacCorkle Avenue.
