NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONVEYANCE OF UNITED METHODIST CHURCH PROPERTY (Ebenezer United Methodist Church) Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the West Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church will, on or after June 5, 2019 QUITCLAIM, GRANT and CONVEY to DNK PROPERTIES LLC, all of their right, title and interest, in and to all those lots or parcel of land situated in the District of Huntington Gideon Corp, County of Cabell and State of West Virginia, to-wit: PARCEL ONE: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of ground situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on the Revised Map of said City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, made by I. W. Leete, Civil Engineer, which map was filed in the Cabell County Clerk’s Office on the 31st day of December, 1903, as LOT NUMBER SEVEN (7) in BLOCK “E” of the Huntington Land Company’s Subdivision of land known as Washington Place, a map of which supplemental to Lette’s Revised Map of said City of Huntington was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission on the 24th day of May, 1904. And being the same property conveyed to Trustees of the Ebenezer Methodist Church, Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, by Deed dated October 21, 1966 from William Jackson and Hazel Jackson, husband and wife, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia in Deed Book 648, at page 654. PARCEL TWO: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of ground, situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on the revised map of the said City of Huntington, made by L. W. Leete, Civil Engineer, which map was filed in Cabell County Clerk’s Office on the 31st day of December, 1903, as Lot Number Forty-eight (48), in Block Number One Hundred and Seventy-three (173). And being the same property conveyed to Trustees of Ebenezer United Methodist Church of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, by Deed dated April 10, 2008 from Virginia S. Speller, Carol Thomas Clark Myers, Bobbie Jean Scott, Andrea Birch Ferguson, Angela Birch Cox, Adolpho A. Birch III and Sherlie Thomas, and of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 1186, at page 296. Said Ebenezer United Methodist Church having been closed by the regular 2017 session of the West Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. Dated the 29th day of May, 2019.
