NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Cedar Grove, a municipal corporation, will hold a public hearing before the final vote on a proposed ordinance, the principal object of which is the sale of the Town’s water distribution system including the Town’s water transmission and distribution lines, storage tanks, booster stations, laterals, valves, connections, meters, hydrants, service lines and all other equipment to West Virginia American Water Company. The Town proposes to sell the water distribution facilities to West Virginia American Water Company on the terms, conditions and limitations substantially set forth in a proposed agreement of purchase between the Town of Cedar Grove and the West Virginia American Water Company, a true copy of which is available for review in Town Hall. The final vote on adoption of said proposed Ordinance shall be held in the Council Chambers of the Town of Cedar Grove on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., immediately following the public hearing. Interested parties may appear and be heard at such time with respect to the passage of the proposed Ordinances.
