NOTICE TO ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS Request for Expressions of Interest Roane County Courthouse Magistrate Court Offices Relocation Pursuant to WV Code 5G-1-1, the Roane County Commission is seeking Expressions of Interest from architectural and engineering firms for all professional services required for the planning and execution of the Roane County Magistrate Court Relocation. Services will include research, planning, project drawings, estimated budget, bidding procedures and oversight for the relocation project. Interested parties are invited to submit an Expression of Interest that will include the following: Firm background and overall qualifications, key personnel assigned to the project, relevant project experience within the state of West Virginia, and client references. The Roane County Commission will review all Expressions of Interest, schedule interviews with the top three firms, and select the firm deemed most qualified for the project. The Roane County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Expressions of Interest and to make award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the Roane County Commission in accordance with WV Code.
