PUBLIC HEARING The Putnam County Solid Waste Authority will hold a public hearing concerning the five-year update of the Putnam County Solid Waste Authority’s Comprehensive Litter and Solid Waste Control Plan. The hearing will take place at the Putnam County Solid Waste Authority Office located at 971 WV-34, Hurricane, WV 25526, on April 12, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. during which time public comments will be heard. This plan may be reviewed at the Putnam County Library and local branches, Putnam County Clerk’s Office, and Region III Planning and Development Council.
