MYERS NOTICE is hereby given that the dwelling located at 108 Wertz Ave., Charleston, WV 25301, has been found to be unsafe, unsanitary, dangerous and/or detrimental to the public safety or welfare as defined by W. Va. Code 8-12-16 and the State Building Code. Pursuant to W. Va. Code 8-12-16, the Charleston Building Department, and/or its agents, intend to enter the subject property on April 26, 2021, for the purpose of demolishing the dwelling.
