NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the City of South Charleston shall hold a public hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2021 City Budget on Thursday April 1, 2021 at 7:30 pm in the City Council Chambers, South Charleston City Hall, 4th Ave and D Street, South Charleston, WV 25303. At that time the City Council shall hear from all interested persons for or against any item or expenditure in accordance with the South Charleston City Charter Section 12.4. The City Council shall meet at 12 noon on Tuesday April 20, 2021 to set the levy rate and adopt the fiscal year 2022 budget.
