ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above entitled action for the Plaintiff to request possession to the property located at 58 Dana Court, Crown Hill, WV 25067 and described as 68 X 28 1996 Norris Winsept and, if any, the following additional relief from the Court: Defendants be ejected or evicted from the premises by directing the Sheriff to remove the Defendants on a date certain. That Defendants be required to answer or make appearance as in an action for unlawful entry and detainer. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiff, US Bank National Association as Indenture Trustee for Tows Point Mortgage Trust Asset Backed Securities Series 2019-MH1 it is ordered that Glen K. Nichols and Brenda K. Goble do serve upon the Kanawha County Circuit Court, whose address is 111 Court Street, Kanawha County Judicial Annex, Charleston, WV 25301, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 19, 2021, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Glen K.
