SOLICITING BIDS/PROPOSALS The West Virginia Board of Risk and Insurance Management (BRIM) is soliciting bids/proposals to provide claim adjusting services to BRIM with regards to matters relating to BRIM’s property insurance program, BRIM’s underground coal mine subsidence insurance program, and specifically for investigation of first party property and coal mine subsidence insurance claims. The bids/proposals are due in BRIM’s offices in Charleston, WV by 2:00 p.m. on May 14, 2021. Only sealed envelopes, clearly marked as required by the EOI, will be accepted. No changes in bids/proposals will be entertained by BRIM. BRIM retains the right to reject any or all bids/proposals and is not required to select the lowest bid.
