Request For Proposal The Fayette County Board of Education is seeking statements of qualifications for the following construction project support services: Clerk of the Works Constructability Reviews Project Management Project Cost Tracking/Reporting Change Order Analysis/Review Other construction project support services as deemed necessary by the Fayette County Board Of Education Minimum Qualifications: Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated understanding of all phases of commercial school construction for services provided including design phase; preferred three years of practical experience as a supervisor, foreman or clerk of the works for non-residential construction projects. For construction phase services; a minimum of three years’ experience working with West Virginia School Building Authority Projects is required. These services can be utilized by the Fayette County Board of Education, at the discretion of the “Board”, for any project pursued within the current year or up to five years. The Board of Education reserves the right to terminate these services at any time with thirty days’ notice.
