REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Notice is hereby given that the Kanawha Valley Regional Transportation Authority will receive sealed proposals at the Purchasing Office at 1550 4th Ave., Charleston, WV 25387, until 11:00 a.m. EST, May 12, 2021 to supply KVRTA with Janitorial Services. Proposal forms and specifications may be obtained from the Purchasing Department at 1550 4th Ave., Charleston, WV 25387 or by contacting Clyde Tyler, Director of Purchasing, (304) 720-3329, email [email protected] or Fax (304) 345-6876. KVRTA reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any and all bids and to waive any informality on such basis as the KVRTA deems to be in its best interest to do so. Any contract resulting from Request for Proposals submitted will be subject to a financial assistance contract between the Authority and the US Department of Transportation. All proposers will be required to certify that they are not on the Comptroller General’s list of ineligible proposers.
