WOOD, and the UNKNOWN HEIRS of the devisees of Alexander C. Lawrence, Defendants. ORDER OF PUBLICATION This action is brought by the plaintiffs to quiet title to a parcel of land containing 7-1/10 acres, more or less, situate on the waters of Kelleys Creek in Cabin Creek District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, (the “Subject Parcel”), that once was owned by Alexander C. Lawrence, a nonresident of West Virginia, who died in 1925, leaving a will naming several devisees who were also living out of state, who may have been entitled to redeem the Subject Parcel from a tax sale by deed dated December 29, 1951, but who are unknown to the plaintiffs after a due diligent search and who are likely to be deceased leaving unknown heirs. The purpose of this action is to extinguish any claim to the Subject Property as said Unknown Heirs could possibly still have. Any persons believing they are such heirs should file an answer in response to the Complaint filed in this action no later than one month after the date of the first publication of this notice by mailing such to plaintiffs’ attorney, James F.
