All attendees must wear a face mask and use provided hand sanitizer. After opening, the bids will be compared as to quality, thoroughness, and cost by the Owner, and Architect/Engineer (ZMM ARCHITECTS ENGINEERS). Lump sum bids are being solicited for Work included in the above referenced Bid Item for the Project indicated. The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to familiarize the Bidders with the project and if they should have any questions regarding the Bidding Documents. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and an acceptable Surety, in an amount equal to 5% of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a 100% Performance and Material Payment Bond in the amount of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Each bidder shall ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the bid opening.
