NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing on a proposed Lease Agreement between the City of South Charleston and South Charleston Development Authority will be held beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at the City Council Chambers located at City Hall, 401 D Street, South Charleston. A copy of the proposed Lease Agreement, which permits the South Charleston Development Authority to install and manage a broadband network within the City’s public rights of way, is available for public inspection in the South Charleston Mayor’s Office at City Hall during regular business hours.
