SOLICITATION OF INTEREST The State of West Virginia is soliciting offers from parties interested in providing on a lease basis, office space, complete with restrooms, breakroom, and kitchen, containing approximately 12,000-15,000 square feet, along with approximately sixty (60) parking spaces, situated within the greater Charleston area with immediate occupancy. Special requirements would be the development of a reliable and robust network capability with WiFi access points. Furnished space is preferred. Security is a plus. The building and parking lot must be ADA compliant and must meet all applicable federal, state and local codes, standards and ordinances.
