ACCEPTING PROPOSALS Phil Gainer Community Center Floor Project The City of Elkins and Elkins Parks and Recreation Commission will accept proposals for the purchase and installation of a synthetic gym floor system at the Phil Gainer Community Center. Proposals must be sealed in an envelope that is plainly marked as to content: PGCC Synthetic Floor Bid. Mail or deliver proposals to the Phil Gainer Community Center: 142 Robert E. Lee Ave, Elkins, WV 26241. Bids will be accepted until June 16, at 5pm, at which time they will be opened in a public meeting.
