S. born on or about 08/06/2009 in C.A.M.C. – Women & Children’s Hospital, Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia. Notice is hereby given that a verified Petition of Adoption was filed in Kanawha County Circuit Court on said child, which will request that the father’s parental rights be terminated. You are notified your rights may be terminated in the proceeding and any such person may appear and defend any such rights within thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice. You are hereby notified that your parental rights will be terminated. If any such person shall fail to respond within the required time after service, said person may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
