21ST CCLC GRANT NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPLY Mountain State Educational Services Cooperative is providing notice of intent to apply for the WV Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Learning Center Program grant. This grant, if awarded, will serve two schools in Putnam County, Rock Branch Elementary and Lakeside Elementary. This grant provides meaningful afterschool programming to enhance academic skills, provide homework support, engage in enrichment opportunities and support students’ families. The application is due on May 28, 2021. The application will be available for public review after submission.
