Business Conducted: Total earth disturbance has increased from 41 acres to 95.77 acres: 18 ac for excavation of borrow material and general development of a land parcel located in the West Virginia Regional Tech Park (WVRTP); 5.7 ac associated with the construction of a haul road connecting the WVRTP borrow site to the Jefferson Road Upgrade Project covered under WVR110581; approximately 45 ac via sediment basins 1 and 2 for placement of rock fill in the fly ash impoundment and modifications to include the new principle spillway structure, and 23 ac of earth disturbance for installation of approximately 1930 feet of 96-inch SRPE Pipe, 65 feet of 48″ SRPE pipe, 600 lf of 36″ HDPE, rock and soils stockpiles, and fill and grading of Parcels 1, 10 and 11 of the former FMC Peroxide Plant which are located east of the existing fly ash impoundment.
