All bidders must be registered at http://www.StorageAuctions.com prior to bidding and only bids placed on this site will be accepted. This is a full bin auction and all contents must be removed from the property. All units are subject to a $75.00 refundable cleaning deposit. Buyer has 72 hours after the close of the auction to empty the unit or deposit and unit contents are forfeited.
