PUBLIC NOTICE Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc. proposes the construction of a 60.7-meter overall height above ground level (AGL) self-support lattice communications tower to be located south of a portion of Public Road 81/15, north of the unincorporated community of Mammoth, in West Virginia (Kanawha County). The proposed communications tower will be located at N 38 17′ 23.6″, W 81 22′ 32.0″ (NAD83) and is anticipated to be an unlit structure. The proposed communications tower can be identified by FCC Form 854 File Number A1195536. Interested persons may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the FCC Form 854 File Number A1195536. Interested persons may raise environmental concerns about the proposed structure by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission.
