NOTICE OF SALE OF STOCK OWNED BY JAMES C. JUSTICE COMPANIES, INC. In accordance with law and pursuant to an Order of the Circuit Court of Logan County, West Virginia in a case styled Howard R. Crews, Jr., et al. v. James C. Justices Companies, Inc., Case Number 18-C-257, entered April 4, 2019, the undersigned, the Sheriff of Logan County, West Virginia has been authorized and ordered to sell the shares of Southeast Cotton, Inc. and the shares of Wilcox Industries, Inc., each wholly owned subsidiaries of James C. Justice Companies, Inc., and will sell said shares at public auction to the highest bidder on Friday, June 28, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the front steps of the Logan County Courthouse, in Logan, West Virginia. Inquiries regarding the sale and the underlying Order may be made to Joel P. Jones, Jr., Esq. (WV Bar No. 12756), of Campbell Woods, PLLC, counsel for the judgement creditors and plaintiffs, at (304) 529-2391. TERMS OF SALE 1. Cash in hand paid on the day of sale. 2. No representation or warranty of any kind is made with respect to the stock of Southeast Cotton, Inc. or the stock of Wilcox Industries, Inc. 3. Proceeds of the sale will be paid in accordance with the aforesaid Order of the Court. 4. The undersigned reserves the right to adjourn or continue the sale for a time, or from time to time, without further notice by announcement at the time and place of the sale set forth above. 5. Howard R. Crews, Jr., et al., the judgement creditors and plaintiffs, will be permitted to enter a bid at the sale, which bid may be in the form of a credit bid. 6.
