INVITATION FOR BIDS NETTIE LEIVASY PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT NICHOLAS COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA CONTRACT NO. 1: WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS MCCUE ROAD EXTENSION AND RAW WATER LINE REPLACEMENT Sealed bids for the construction of Contract No. 1: Water System Improvements McCue Road Extension and Raw Water Line Replacement Project will be received by the Nettie Leivasy Public Service District until 2:00 P.M., L.P.T., August 4, 2021 at the Nettie Leivasy Pubic Service District’s offices at 125 Cedar Drive, Nettie, Nicholas County, West Virginia for furnishing labor, materials, and performing all the work set forth in the Form of Proposal. Bids will be opened at 2:00 P.M., L.P.T., August 4, 2021. Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids, all proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of this project will be publicly opened and read aloud. The total construction time for Contract No. 1 is limited to one hundred eighty (180) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the contract documents. All Bidders must purchase plans and bid forms from the Engineer in order to bid. Bidders wishing to have plans mailed need to provide their own FedX or UPS account number for shipping charges to be billed directly to their own account.
