NOTICE The City of Charleston is soliciting Expressions of Interest (“EOI” or “Proposals”) from qualified firms to provide engineering services. The purpose of the project for which proposals are being solicited is to have an engineering firm handle designing, bidding, and administering (QA/QC) a complete HVAC system replacement for the North Charleston Community Center and the Martin Luther King, Jr., Community Center.
