NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by BARBARA RUTH WATTS. formerly known as BARBARA RUTH COLE, to KERRY E. ADKINS AND J. MAURICE CLARK, EITHER OF WHOM MAY ACT, dated the 10TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2014, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 754, at page 603, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said KERRY E. ADKINS, Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on DECEMBER 11, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., at the FRONT of the Court House of Wayne County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: Situate in Wayne County, West Virginia and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake at the lower side of Centennial Road and a corner of Elmer Staley’s land; thence N 24-40 W, 137.4 feet to a stake; thence N 71-35 E, 120 feet to a stake; thence S 14-45 E, 103 feet to a stake; thence S 52-10 W, 100 feet to the place of Beginning, containing approximately 15,000 square feet.
