ADVERTISEMENT AND REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR ARCHITECTURAL/ ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES Pursuant to West Virginia Code 5G-1-1, the Barbour County Board of Education is seeking EXPRESSIONS of INTEREST from qualified design Professionals to provide Architectural/Engineering Services to assist in the development of a local school bond AND design of projects funded under the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund. Pre-Bond Services include consulting, cost estimating and scheduling services for multiple schools in the district. There will be a continuation of these Architectural/Engineering Services, including design/construction phase administration, upon passage of a school bond.
