2022-03 EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Architectural/Engineering Services Pursuant to WV Code 5G-1-3, the Raleigh County Board of Education is seeking expressions of interest from qualified design professionals to provide Architectural/Engineering Services to include design and construction phase administration for HVAC installations at Independence Middle School, Mabscott Elementary School, Maxwell Hill Elementary School, and Park Middle School. Qualified firms are invited to download a copy of Statement of Qualification and submission requirements from Raleigh County Schools Website under Purchasing Department RFP notices. Statement of Qualification must be received no later than 1:00 pm local prevailing time on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at the Purchasing Department, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV 25801. A selection team will evaluate the statements of qualifications and will conduct discussions with at least three of the professional firms submitting these statements deemed to be most highly qualified to provide the services required, rank such firms in order of preference, negotiate contract, and submit to the Raleigh County Board of Education for approval.
