NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS To maintain necessary clearances for safe and reliable electric service, APCO plans to manage vegetation along the Ruth-Alum Creek portion of its 12 kilovolt distribution system in Kanawha County, WV. On or about August 2nd, 2021 contract crews will begin to apply herbicides along our rights-of-way. Rights-of-way in this area involved in the program are: Acorn Dr., Alum Creek Rd., Chestnut Rd., Dailey Branch Rd., Dead End Rd., Johnstone Rd., Johnson Dr., Green Knoll Dr., Brook Rd., Crooked Creek Rd., Chandler Hill Rd., Childress Rd., Rt. 214, Rabel Mtn. Rd., Johnstone Rd., Heavenly Dr., Minner Hill Rd., Meadow Creek Rd., Brounland Rd., Brier Cr., Ballard Rd., Greenview Rd., Rocky Moore Rd., Ball Park Dr., Newbridge Rd., Sproul Rd., Sand Plant Rd., and Emmons Rd. Representatives will attempt to personally contact resident property owners at least seven business days prior to working on their property.
