Certificate No. F-5784 to RGL, Inc., dba Mountain State Waste. NOTICE OF FILING On July 29, 2021, N & P Trucking, LLC filed an application seeking the transfer and assignment of P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. F-5784 to RGL, Inc. dba Mountain State Waste. P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. F-5784 authorizes the owner to operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of trash, rubbish, and garbage from those points and places in Kanawha County, south of the Kanawha River, that are located within a radius of six and one-half (6.5) miles of the point at which U.S. Route 60 crosses the Kanawha-Putnam County line– excluding however, (1) those points and places in Kanawha County that are located within the corporate limits of the City of Saint Albans, (2) those points and places in Kanawha County, south of U.S. Route 60 and at least 0.1 mile due west of Kanawha County Route 60/14, that are located within a radius of 0.5 mile of the intersection between Kanawha County Routes 60/14 and 60/34, and (3) those points and places in Kanawha County, south of 38E 22′ 30″ North latitude (said latitudinal line running slightly south of the intersection between Kanawha County Route 3/2 and 60/2), that are located to the north of that segment of Coal River which is situated between Kanawha County Route 60/2 (on the north) and Kanawha County Route 6/4 and 6/6 (on the west, south and east)– to places of disposal, in lieu of existing authority under said certificate.
