PUBLIC NOTICE LS ASSOCIATES, LLC will hold a PUBLIC AUCTION on August 31, 2021, at 10:00 a.m, (Eastern) in the 1st Floor Conference Room of the Boyd County Courthouse, 2800 Louisa Street, Cattlesburg, KY. The sale pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2001 and 2004 has been authorized by a May 24, 2021 Order entered by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, Ashland Division in Civil Action No. 17-CV-00037. LS Associates, LLC is the Court-appointed receiver in said action. The property to be sold includes all limited liability company interests, including, without limitation, all distributions due or to become due, owned by judgment debtors Gary Fannin and Christopher Fannin in the following entities: Fannin and Fannin, LLC; Fannin Land Company, LLC; Fannin Investments, LLC; Christopher Fannin Holdings, LLC The property will be sold free and clear of any interests, claims, or rights of Gary Fannin and Christopher Fannin, but is otherwise sold on an “as is, where is” basis, without any express or implied representations, warranties, guarantees, promises of any kind by the Receiver or the judgment creditor, Edgefield Holdings, LLC. The sale is an absolute cash sale. Bidders are required to provide a $1,000 refundable initial deposit in cash, cashier’s check or certified check. Immediately upon the conclusion of the Auction, the Highest Bidder shall deposit an additional $1,000 in cash, certified check, or cashier’s check with the Receiver together with the initial deposit which shall thereafter be non-refundable.
