NOTICE OF SALE OF CHURCH PROPERTY KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in compliance with Section 10, Article 1, chapter 35, Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, and in pursuance of a resolution of Bethlehem United Baptist Church (formerly United Baptist Church of Kenova), Kenova, Wayne County, West Virginia, by the select body to whom the authority to administer the property and financial affairs of Bethlehem United Baptist church, Kenova, Wayne County, West Virginia, is committed by its rules, by-laws and ecclesiastical polity, approved and adopted at a meeting thereof on the 16th day of October, 2019, at which meeting the TRUSTEES OF BETHLEHEM UNITED BAPTIST CHURCH, Kenova, Wayne County, West Virginia, were further empowered and instructed to sell and grant unto Gary Bowen with covenant of SPECIAL WARRANTY, for the net sum of $55,000.00 on or after the 15th day of October, 2019, the following described real property being sold by said Church: All those certain lots, pieces, or parcels of land situate in the City of Kenova, Wayne County, West Virginia, known and designated on a certain plat of the City of Kenova, which plat is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Wayne County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 32, page 532, as lots No. SEVENTEEN (17), EIGHTEEN (18) and NINETEEN (19) in BLOCK NO. ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE (173) Being the same property granted unto Trustees of the United Baptist Church of Kenova, now Bethlehem United Baptist Church, Kenova, Wayne County, West Virginia, by Kenova Huntington Land Company, a corporation by conveyance dated the 10th day of June, 2940, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 214, Pg. 495.
