REQUEST FOR BIDS The Village of Barboursville is now accepting bids for a sidewalk replacement project with minor drainage on the south side of Barbara Street between Barbara Street and Union Avenue. The work includes removing and replacing the sidewalk and adding drainage features. Plan documents may be picked up at the Village Recorder’s Office between 8 A.M. and 3:30 P.M after November 13, 2019. Bids must be delivered to the Recorder’s Office by 11:00 A.M. November 19, 2019 in a sealed envelope Labeled “Barbara Street Sidewalk”. The bids will be opened at 11:15 and presented to council the same day. A performance bid will be required.
