INVITATION TO BID The City of Nitro is requesting sealed bid to pave streets in Nitro. Sealed bids are to be submitted to Attention Rita Cox, P. O. Box 308, Nitro, WV 25143 or delivered to Nitro City Hall, 2009 20th Street, Nitro, WV 25143 by 11:00 am, Friday, September 3, 2021 and are to be opened at 7:00 pm, September 7, 2021 at a meeting of Council. Paving is for the following streets: 25th Street-right and left sides from First Avenue half way up (center has been paved) Southern Drive Second Avenue at 16th Street entrance Park Avenue-large section on the right near Nitro High School and in front of the Nitro High School building Walker Street on both sides of Main Avenue Entrance to Fenton Circle from Main Avenue Spring Street two sections Community Center parking lot (old West Sattes), add 1 1/2 inch wearing course For more information contact Nitro Public Works Director A.
