LEGAL NOTICE Notice of Availability of Draft Supplemental Environmental Assessment for the Spotted Lanternfly Program The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has published a draft supplemental environmental assessment on the Spotted Lanternfly Program in the Mid-Atlantic Region, North Carolina, Ohio, and Kentucky, that will be available to the public for a 30-day public comment period.
