Brown, III ORDER OF PUBLICATION You are hereby notified that there is filed in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia, Garnett D. Brown’s Verified Petition Seeking Partition and Allotment of Undivided Interests in Real Estate. The civil action seeks partition, by sale or allotment, of the following tracts or parcels of real property that Plaintiff and Benjamin B. Brown, III own jointly: All of Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Section A Edgewood Park Addition, Charleston West Tax District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, together with the improvements thereon and all appurtenant rights and easements; and all of Lots Five (5) and Six (6) and all but the westerly 25 feet of Lot Seven (7), Section A Edgewood Park Addition, Charleston West Tax District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, together with the improvements thereon and all appurtenant rights and easements. It is hereby ORDERED that the above-named individual, Benjamin B. Brown, III, serve upon James W. Lane, Jr., counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 200 Capitol St. Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to Plaintiff’s Petition on or before 30 days after the publication of this Order. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment may rendered in the case on the issues raised by Garnett D. Brown’s Petition.
