REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE KANAWHA COUNTY EMERGENCY AMBULANCE AUTHORITY Take notice that the Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority is soliciting proposals for asphalt paving, resurfacing, sealcoat and striping of parking lots at its Central Campus located along Brooks Street in Charleston. Proposals must be received on or before 12 noon local time on Friday, September 17, 2021, at the Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority located at 601 Brooks Street, Charleston, WV 25301. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walkthrough of the property to be resurfaced will take place at Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. Interested parties should report to our main office at 601 Brooks Street for the walkthrough. The sites will be visited for clarification, requirements and measurements. Specifications for the project may be obtained from Chief of Operations Jack Linville at the Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority or by email at [email protected].
