LEGAL NOTICE HIGH TECHNOLOGY FOUNDATION AFFILIATE MEMBER ASSOCIATION HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN BROKERAGE SERVICES The High Technology Foundation, headquartered in the I-79 Technology Park in Fairmont, West Virginia, seeks proposals from insurance brokers who are interested in providing brokerage services for continued health, dental and vision insurance coverage for an existing Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield West Virginia Association Health Insurance Plan (the “Association Plan”). The Association Plan currently provides health insurance coverage to approximately 60 companies covering approximately 1,600 insured members. Any insurance broker having experience in providing brokerage services for company-based health insurance coverage and claims processing and related support services is invited to submit a request for proposal requirements by emailing: [email protected]. Email requests for proposal requirements shall be submitted no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Any requests received after this date and time will not be entitled to submit a proposal. The qualified broker will be selected based upon experience, cost, and qualifications.
