PUBLIC NOTICE Allstate Tower Inc. and Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority are proposing to install a lattice telecommunications tower to be located at 603 Brooks Street, Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia at latitude 38 20′ 58.9″ north and longitude 81 37′ 36.1″ west. The height of the tower will be 36.6 meters above ground level (220.1 meters above mean sea level).
