SHOPE, Trustee, Nominal Party, Defendants. ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above entitled action is to declare by Order, pursuant W.Va. R. Civ. P. 57 and W.Va. Code 55-13-1 et. seq., Petitioner sees correction/confirmation of the proper property description for certain real estate. It appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that personal service upon the Defendant Jamie L. Skeen has been attempted through the Kanawha County Sheriff’s office, three times, without effect, and the Plaintiff used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the Defendant, without effect. It is hereby ORDERED that Jamie L. Skeen, do serve upon Cathy S. Gatson, Kanawha County Circuit Clerk, 111 Court Street, Charleston, WV 25301, and Ryan H. Keesee, Esq., at 9920 Franklin Square Drive, Suite 100, Baltimore, MD 21236, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before Thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Jamie L.
