SOLICITATION OF INTEREST The State of West Virginia is soliciting responses from parties interested in providing, on a lease basis, approximately 45,000 square feet of commercial office and call center space together with approximately 5,000 square feet of warehouse space, and 135-155 parking spaces. The property must be located within Charleston City limits, preferably in a well-established business area and highly visibility that is easily accessible and on a bus route. The building and parking lot must be ADA compliant and must meet all applicable federal, state, and local codes, standards, and ordinances.
