SOLICITATION OF INTEREST The State of West Virginia is soliciting responses from parties interested in providing, on a lease basis, approximately 45,000 square feet of commercial office and call center space together with approximately 5,000 square feet of warehouse space, and 135-155 parking spaces. The property must be located within Charleston City limits, preferably in a well-established business area and highly visibility that is easily accessible and on a bus route. The building and parking lot must be ADA compliant and must meet all applicable federal, state, and local codes, standards, and ordinances. If applicable, prevailing wages apply for all construction in accordance with West Virginia Code 21-5A-1, et. seq. This is a solicitation of interest. No phone calls please.
