INVITATION TO BID The POCAHONTAS COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY (PCSWA) is soliciting sealed bids from buyers interested in purchasing a 30-foot TarpArmor landfill tarp deployment system with electric-start gas engine and two 30′ X 107′ cover tarps. This unit was manufactured in 2021 and has only been used a few times. PCSWA is selling because it is not compatible with our equipment. The system and tarps are being sold “As Is”.
